FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Depending on the package purchased, what is included and the length of the coverage, the delivery time varies. For instance, if it is a one-hour shoot yielding up to 50 digital files, it can take from one to two weeks. On the other hand, for a traditional wedding of a 12-hour coverage, it can take from 3 to 5 weeks.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
Most definitively! I have a team of colleagues specialized in various disciplines who I trust and whom I work with well together. I can vouch for them on their professionalism and quality of their work.
What if we're getting married abroad?
Please take a look at my travel calendar for the next three years in the "About" section. Maybe our destinations and dates match and I can shoot your wedding without having to charge extra for transportation and accommodation.
If not, please contact me and tell me about your plans, maybe we can work something out. I love travelling and I love photographing and I love weddings, what best opportunity to combine the three!

How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
If you would like to find out if we are a good fit to each other for me to be your Wedding photographer, please fill out the form at the Contact section and mention your availability for a phone meeting. We'll discuss your plans, date and prices. If we agree to work with each other, I'll send you a formal quote and another form to fill out with the details.
2. Sign Contract
Following reception of the accepted quote by you and the form with the details, I'll fill out your contract and send it to you already signed by me, for your signature. At the same time, I'll send you as well the first invoice for the payment of the deposit which is 50% of the package price, to book your date on my calendar.
The deposit can be paid by an Interac transfer or by credit card via Square.
Once the deposit is paid and the contract signed, we can proceed to book the Pre-wedding photo shoot and in person meeting.
3. The Big Day
One or two months before the Big Day, we would have met in person for at least once or twice and done the Pre-Wedding photo shoot. I would have also delivered your photo poster for the Reception Hall and I would have sent you the schedule and guide for the Big Day at least two weeks before. The day before the Wedding, I'll send the invoice for the payment of the balance and any last minute mutual confirmation of schedules.
On the Big Day, we'll follow the schedule according to the plan. I'll arrive in advance. Then it is show time! Have fun and enjoy, I'll be close-by to capture all those precious moments!
4. Photos & Prints
According to your package, your photos will be ready between one to five weeks. According to your package as well, you'll either receive an electronic delivery of your digital files and/or a link to an on-line gallery with the corresponding instructions.
Otherwise, there will be an appointment set for a presentation/slide show of the photographs in person or online and an ordering time for prints, enlargements, albums and art.
